The biggest benefit associated with a prolonged juice fast, of grocery shopping, I'd have to say is that we know how much fruit and veggies we've got to last us through upcoming week. So, we don't waste money or food; we only buy everything you need:

A few days during the fast, almost extra special treat, I have bought many bananas, a pineapple, an Odwalla Tropical Energy, along can of coconut milk products. I juice ½ these pineapple and 2 grapefruits. I add that while getting Odwalla juice, 1 Cup Pineapple, ½ can of the coconut milk, and 2 bananas to the blender and make up a tropical juice smoothie.

It's don't forget this that our menu is targeted to our specific tastes. We don't have the stomach to juice all former vegetables; we did the first week to discover a super charged detox weak in, but after that lots of, we just couldn't try it out.
